This is to announce that Folk’s Tales Redding is closing down. Thank you to all who participated, supported the event, shared the evenings with us, and told your wonderful stories! Much gratitude to The Vintage Wine Bar and Restaurant who supported the event from the start with generosity and flexibility. If you love stories like I do, a good place to hear them is the Moth Radio Hour on NPR.

Announcement and Apology

The July 2017 stories were some of the best we have heard yet.  Much to the consternation of the Folk’s Tales team, the audio recording device for the July 2017 event failed to record all but one of the stories told that evening. You can listen to it under the July blog.  Our apologies to those of you whose stories we immensely enjoyed that evening but missed recording.  Hope to see you at a future Folk’s Tales monthly event!
